I’m a product designer with experience in B2B software across education, security, and HR. I have a strong intuition for understanding user needs, which I pair with research and feedback to design intuitive, problem-solving solutions. My focus is on creating interfaces that are not only easy to use but purposefully crafted to support meaningful user interaction.

Study Manager Overhaul
Challenge: Modernize and improve usability to better support users managing their research studies.
As the sole UX designer, I collaborated closely with the client and development team to uncover pain points, redesign the full platform, and ensure a smooth implementation.
Dashboard & Analytics Explorations
Challenge: Leveraging AI, create faster-loading dashboards pre-populated with key insights, improve discoverability of Reports & Analytics, and highlight how different platform areas impact each other.
I designed multiple explorations informed by customer research to spark conversation with internal teams and users, and to guide planning for future projects.
Pulse Survey Product Design
Challenge: Develop a user-friendly pulse survey process that operates independently of the platform's technical and visual limitations.
I developed the workflow, feature set, and designs based on competitive analysis, collaborating with the product management team. I iterated on designs based on engineering feedback, and worked closely with product and engineering during implementation.
Employee Texting Product Design
Challenge: Create a new product offering that enables admins to send company-wide text messages.
I defined the MVP through competitive analysis, designed initial flows, and collaborated with product and engineering through launch. The product was sold before its official release.
UX Process
I create user journeys to map the bigger picture and capture the overall flow of a new feature or product. They’re a valuable starting point for aligning ideas with stakeholders and collaborating effectively with the team.
Performance Review Platform Redesign
Challenge: Replace the existing unintuitive and time-consuming performance review setup experience.
I prototyped multiple solutions, presented them to internal teams, discussed problems, and participated in customer research calls. I designed the final UI using the existing design system. When it was launched, 500 out of 700 customers moved to this new platform.
Log Ingestion Dashboard
Challenge: Create a dashboard to track log ingestion and monitor issues that might arise from storage shortages.
I worked on this project from ideation to execution. I created quick wireframes to facilitate discussions with PMs and engineering. Once a direction was set, I created final designs and worked closely with the developers during implementation. 
TV App & Rebranding
TV App for Comcast: Designed an intuitive TV app experience optimized for remote control navigation, ensuring accessibility and ease of use within the platform’s technical constraints. Website Redesign: Contributed to the full redesign of the Common Sense website, aligning layouts, interactions, and visuals with the organization’s new brand identity.
Four Seasons New Year Brochure
I collaborated with Four Seasons Hotel’s Food & Beverage team on this project to develop the idea for their new year brochure. I conceived the concept and layout, designed the 30-page booklet, and collaborated with the printer to select the paper.
